JP FITTerms of Service
Effective July 15, 2026. These Terms govern use of the JP Fit website, Coach Studio, Client Portal, and related digital services.
1. Acceptance
By accessing JP Fit or creating an account, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any separately signed coaching agreement. A signed coaching agreement controls if it conflicts with these general website terms.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Coaching and Educational Services
JP Fit provides personal training, exercise programming, accountability, progress tracking, and general nutrition education. Services are not medical diagnosis or treatment and do not replace care from a physician, registered dietitian, physical therapist, or other licensed professional.
4. Health and Safety
You are responsible for disclosing relevant health information and obtaining medical clearance when appropriate. Stop exercising and seek appropriate care for concerning symptoms. Exercise carries inherent risks, including injury.
5. Payments and Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe under the plan selected at checkout. Recurring charges, minimum terms, cancellation notice, missed-session policies, downgrade rules, and early-termination provisions are described in the signed coaching agreement.
6. Client Conduct
You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its security, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, upload unlawful material, or share coach-only or client-only access.
7. Intellectual Property
JP Fit branding, original exercise descriptions, programming materials, templates, graphics, and platform content are owned by JP Fit or used with permission. Your access is personal and may not be resold, copied, or redistributed without written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
JP Fit uses services such as Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Resend, and optional nutrition or scheduling providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply.
9. Availability and Changes
JP Fit may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these Terms. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, JP Fit is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing Law
Florida law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights. Venue will be in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Florida unless the parties agree otherwise.
