Privacy Policy

Effective July 15, 2026. This Policy explains how JP Fit handles information collected through its website, enrollment process, Coach Studio, Client Portal, email system, and coaching services.

1. Information We Collect

Account information such as name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
Contact, scheduling, service-selection, and enrollment information.
Fitness goals, exercise history, progress measurements, check-ins, nutrition summaries, and information voluntarily submitted through intake forms.
Signed agreement records and consent selections.
Payment status and transaction references from Stripe; JP Fit does not store complete payment-card numbers.
Technical information such as browser type, device type, IP-derived region, page activity, and error logs.

2. How Information Is Used

Information is used to provide coaching, personalize programs, communicate with clients, process enrollment, maintain signed records, monitor platform performance, prevent misuse, improve services, and meet legal or business obligations.

3. Health and Fitness Information

Fitness and health-related information is used to support coaching and safety. JP Fit is not representing that the platform is a HIPAA-covered medical record system. Do not use the platform for emergency or highly sensitive medical communications.

4. Service Providers

Information may be processed by providers including Supabase for authentication/database/storage, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email, Google Analytics when enabled, and other integrations selected by JP Fit.

5. Analytics and Cookies

JP Fit may use essential browser storage for login and application functionality. Google Analytics may be enabled to understand traffic and usage. Analytics configuration is designed to avoid sending exercise notes, health narratives, agreement text, or other sensitive form contents.

6. Data Sharing

JP Fit does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, when directed by the user, to protect rights and security, or when legally required.

7. Data Security and Retention

JP Fit uses authentication, access controls, encrypted connections, row-level database security, and restricted server-side secrets. No system is perfectly secure. Information is retained while needed for active services, legal records, dispute resolution, security, and legitimate business purposes.

8. Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information, subject to records JP Fit must retain. You may decline optional marketing photo/testimonial consent and unsubscribe from nonessential marketing messages.

9. Children

JP Fit is not intended for children under 13. Services for minors require appropriate parent or guardian involvement and additional documentation.

10. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated as the platform evolves. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published.
